Can you make a pam balik without eggs in the batter? Today a seller told me there is no eggs in his batter, because I asked as my daughter has severe eggs allergy. Is it true?

Yum – I bought apam balik from an ancient Chinese couple around the corner from Pudu wet markets in KL last year… best thing I have ever tasted. Will try this tomorrow!Chris.
