Hi, I’m Kim.
I’m a digital marketer, content creator and long-time lifestyle blogger, writing from a farmhouse near the Great Ocean Road in Victoria.
Kimba’s Living started back in 2010 as my little corner of the internet. These days it’s where I share the places we eat, the trips we take, what’s cooking in my kitchen and everyday life on the farm with my husband and our two kids.

A bit more about me
It all started in the kitchen.
This blog began in 2010 as Kimba’s Kitchen, a place to keep the recipes that had been passed down to me by my family, just for my own records.
When my children came along, I started Kimba’s Pride, a weekly journal of their growth, their development and all the little memories of raising them.
Over the years, both grew into Kimba’s Living. My background spans food, hospitality, photography, social media and digital marketing, so it’s no surprise the blog ended up covering a bit of everything. I’ve never been able to pick just one passion, and honestly, I’ve stopped trying.
Food is still at the heart of it. Alongside those family recipes, you’ll find honest restaurant reviews and food events from Melbourne, Daylesford and beyond, plus the Asian favourites, family dinners and weekend bakes I cook and test at home.
Then there’s travel, from our own stretch of the Great Ocean Road to houseboats on the Murray and beach days in Queensland, plus the everyday joys (and chaos) of raising two kids in the country. And when I get a quiet moment, I’m usually singing or writing songs.

Marketing that feels human.
During the week I work at Crackling Media, a Melbourne based digital marketing agency, looking after most of the marketing activities for clients in food manufacturing, wholesale distribution, eCommerce and hospitality. That includes socials, ads, website management, email marketing, branding, design, influencer campaigns, collaborations, outreach and events.
I also take on freelance projects for small businesses, hospitality and tourism, churches and community groups, from warm and welcoming websites to real, relatable content and ads that get you seen.
