Came across this absolute gem Beverly Rooftop by accident, just as I was running errands in the area and looking for a place to “kill time” before dinner. Admittedly, I originally came here for the vibes – and the vibe was vibin’ lol this place is beautiful with great views and the sun happened to be shining today which made it even more vibin’ 😍
BUT let me tell you about the FOOD! 😋🤩

My pre-dinner “snack” was just excellent.. everything excellent. The Salmon & Kingfish Crudo was bomb 👌 SO good, great balance of flavour and tastes so fresh in my mouth, I am salivating all over again just thinking about it.

The mac & cheese croquette?! Usually comes in a serve of 3 but since there was no way I could eat 3 all by myself.. they so kindly gave me just one little croquette. And boy, was it an amazing little croquette lol. I’ve had lots of mac & cheese in a croquette and mostly disappointed because the inside always ends up dry or lacked flavour. This croquette, so soft and melty and gooey inside, with all the right flavours. I think the extra sauce on the outside all around it made it a lot better too. And that little hint of truffle was just enough to take the flavours to the next level. I low key wanted the 3 in the end.. even though I was full 🤣

And finally.. hello Lobster Cannoli?! So damm good!! Seriously, if I didn’t have to go to dinner in two hours, or if I wasn’t so full.. I would’ve had more 🤣 I don’t know if it’s the vibe, or feeling the sun on my skin, or the fact that I am dining solo so I am not distracted by conversation 😅 and just able to fully taste and appreciate my food.. that was just such a brilliant pre-dinner “snack” lol dinner will struggle to top that I think 🤭
