I love the idea of “Thanksmas!” So appropriate. We were recently looking at a cruise including Vanuatu as well. Are going on Paul Guaguin? Your berry desserts are making me crave spring and summer! This cheesecake one is just lovely!

I have seen the “boxing” chicken before in restaurants but had never given much thought as to why it was presented that way. Mr. Sideline Chef would get excited over the fact that it looks like a boxing glove, haha! Your Thanksmas dinner (I have to save the Thanksmas idea for next year since we leave every year for Christmas.) looked incredible! Your food presentations are drool worthy! I would love to be a guest around your table on any given day!

If this is what you do for 'in between' celebrations, I can't wait to see what feast you're going to prepare for an actual festivity! Your spread and table looks amazing, and you're so well organized with everything, right down to the menu (NOT geeky at all). My favorites are the slow-cooked lamb and your chicken boxing!

Gorgeous! I thought your chicken was for Boxing Day (I have a lot of Canadian friends, so that's what came to mind first), but quickly realized the significance. Everything looks amazing on your table. What a lucky crowd to have visited your house!
