This is review #4 out of a 13-Part Food Blog Post Series from my recent trip to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia from the 4th – 9th August 2011 🙂
So it only made sense that in between my shopping expeditions I would opt for a convenient place to sit down and have lunch or just take a break from all that walking…

The Pavilion Food Court in the lower ground levels offered a huge range of choices when it comes to food. There you can find the usual fast food outlets as well as some decent restaurants featuring various types of cuisines as well as the smaller food stalls selling various types of food.
I was on a Nasi Lemak craze whilst I was in Malaysia, so I ordered Nasi Lemak Special from Mak Tom’s Nasi Lemak for lunch one day. It was one of the best Nasi Lemaks I have ever had! I was quite surprised considering meals from food courts aren’t always that great. I wasn’t even that hungry at the time of ordering this Nasi Lemak, but I finished the whole plate anyway because it was that good, hehe.
My parents shared a bowl of “Yong Tau Fu” and that was enough to fill them up. Geez I felt like a pig next to them… definitely ate too much whilst I was in KL.
That was a short and sweet post mostly to fill up the food gaps during the day and choice of location has been mostly due to convenience. Wait for my next post – dinner is always a more serious food affair 🙂
