Mother’s Day Weekend 2024: Whitehall Guesthouse, Queenscliff. We had the entire place to ourselves, all 35 bedrooms for 27 people 😅 It was a wonderful weekend. We went on walks, visited the local distillery, ate food and snacks, played board games, put on an entertainment show, did home church. So many emotional moments, whether it was from just the fact that I was missing mum, or feeling emotional as a mother myself, or feeling super thankful for the family, or seeing my in laws get emotional and proud of their kids and grandkids and feeling so blessed, or during our home church service when we prayed and sang and shared… undoubtedly a very special weekend especially for my in laws but also very special for all of us.

I’ve also really enjoyed Queenscliff and its surrounds. The little town is so pretty and had a strip of nice shops. We visited the Queenscliff Distillery which I really enjoyed. We also went on a walk down the Rail Trail which was lovely.
