whoa lovely! so hungry now.a twist on this would be to caramelize sugar in a wok until runny. add the bananas to the mixture and toss through. once thoroughly coated, remove and add to a bowl of ice and water to harden the sugar mix. remove and enjoy. hmmm yum!thanks for the recipe, kim!
