I think these lotus wrapped rice dumplings are great for one-dish meals. I dip with chili sauce squeezed with bit of lime to give it a kicker.

Looks to die for – makes me miss Malaysia where you can get Bak Chang in the markets on Saturday mornings. *Dream* Must add this to my list of things to eat when I'm back in April.They have frozen ones here – but I haven't bought them. Maybe I should be adventurous and get some 😉 I once bought mooncake or what looked like mooncake in an Asian grocery shop – Erm, later I found out there was fish and rice in it. So potong stim man!

Yes, it was weird and hilarious – best thing is we unwrapped it in the cinema while watching a movie because I thought “Eating a mooncake in the cinema will be awesome.”Was a bit busuk after that 😦 Had to get rid of it quickly. Didn't taste good either.
