I totally agree – cooking for two (and even more especially for one) should never be a compromise. In fact, I think that if you're only feeding two instead of a family of four or more you can usually afford to splurge out a little. This dish look delicious – a definite bookmark :-)Sue

Satay's always good, isn't it? I've never met anyone who doesn't like satay esp with a good sauce. This is a great twist to the regular skewered stuff. Congrats on getting top 9!
