Yesterday, while I was down with a cold and had to cancel a visit to a friend’s place to meet her new baby, I had too much time to think about all the things I want to do during the week and all the people I would love to catch up with… the only problem is, there is not enough days in the week to do it all! I found myself torn between wanting to do nothing, and wanting to do everything. It was a very annoying thought and eventually I just had to let it go… I cannot catch up with everybody every week and I cannot do everything. We all need a good balance in life otherwise we will go crazy.

So this week, it is just me and my little munchkin. My sister has gone home and my husband is away in Sydney for work. We have a busy week but it’s a good busy week so far. I get to at least catch up with SOME people I love to catch up with, and I get to also catch up on chores at home.

Most importantly, I get to spend a lot of time with my little munchkin and give him a lot of kisses and cuddles. Gosh I love that boy so much!
