I have said this before, and I will say it again – I am so blessed to be working with a bunch of people who are just as passionate about food as I am. Not only do we work with clients who mostly have something to do with food, our monthly get togethers are all about sharing food. This month, we were treated to a fancier lunch at Entrecôte – the French Party Palace of Prahran. The restaurant interior is beautiful and elegant, and the food is exquisite, delicious and stunning. I won’t even bother naming all the dishes we’ve had, because I can hardly pronounce most of them (thankfully our French colleague came to the rescue and ordered the meals on our behalf!).

Some of my personal highlights – the steak tartare is a must. So delicious with great flavour and texture, the Cruller aux Pommes aka crisp choux pastry was simply perfection, the profiteroles were surprisingly damn good, and the garlic butter sauce on the escargots – so yum! I also absolutely loved the fact that the Filet de Bœuf au Poivre de Sarawak actually specifically acknowledged the use of Sarawak pepper to bring out the flavours of the dish. Not that I am bias or anything, but dayymmm that steak was LIT. Haha.
Sometimes I wish I lived closer to the city just so I can have easy access to all these amazing restaurants, but it’s okay because it makes all the times I do get to go out and dine even more special and memorable.
