Food, travel and farm life from the Great Ocean Road

RUMI, Brunswick

1–2 minutes

Melbourne is truly a multi-cultural hub when it comes to food. If you’re craving an authentic Middle Eastern food fix, look no further than RUMI. If you don’t know where to start, just order the Classic Banquet like we did haha. For $65pp you get:

  • Appetizers: Pickled vegetables + Sigara Boregi + Labne + Almond Taratoor + Flatbread + Crudités
  • Entree: Persian meatballs + Cabbage Salad + Fried Cauliflower
  • Main: Lamb shoulder + BBQ Chicken wings with Freekeh salad + Cos and herb salad
  • To Finish: Turkish delight (we also ordered the Macadamia + Honey Ice Cream)

Feel free to upgrade to The Rumi Feast for $85pp or order whatever you feel like eating from the A La Carte menu! They also have an impressive cocktail list and wine list, and if you need help with catering or need a venue to host your next event – these guys can help you out there too!
