Meet the Chef
Starting his apprenticeship in 1990 at Clover Cottage in Berwick, Jason Bradford then worked at The Sofitel in Melbourne and Chapel Street. This stepping-stone gave Jason the experience needed to follow his dream in opening his own restaurant. In 2008 Jason’s Terrace was sold to give way for his third restaurant, then after nine years then decided it was time to move to the stunning 1920 heritage property in Upper Beaconsfield as Jason’s Restaurant at Bradford Estate winery.

Hubby and I had their 4-course tasting menu for lunch on my birthday and it was delightful! This place is absolutely beautiful and perfect for any special occasion or simply a well overdue catch up with friends.
